Registration Fee is $475. Registration is US $500 beginning January 1 2020 and $525 beginning March 1 2020.
Please note: The conference registration fee pays for the participant only and includes: program materials, Sunday evening welcome reception, welcome gift, daily lunch (M,T,W,Th), morning and afternoon break service, and a mid-week group dinner. Additional meals may be purchased separately for guests of the participant. Cancellation/Refund Policy: After February 28, 2020, absolutely no registration refunds are granted. Refund requests made via email or by writing and postmarked by February 28, will receive a 75% refund. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Refunds will be made one month after the meeting.
