Registration Fee is $475. Registration is US $525 beginning November 30 2018 and $525 beginning January 31 2019.
Please note: The conference registration fee pays for the participant only and includes: program materials, Sunday evening welcome reception, welcome gift, daily lunch (M,T,W,Th), morning and afternoon break service, and a mid-week group dinner. Additional meals may be purchased separately for guests of the participant. Cancellation/Refund Policy: After January 30, 2019, absolutely no registration refunds are granted. Refund requests made via email or by writing and postmarked by January 30, will receive a 75% refund. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Refunds will be made one month after the meeting.
