STUDENT PARTICIPATION INFO:

We encourage any current student or recent graduate to attend. You may qualify for limited travel reimbursement! For questions on qualifications for conference and limited travel reimbursement, please complete your registration form and fax as instructed. Then contact Coleen Oliver at clo0001@uah.edu to see if you qualify for reimbursement. Only a limited number of reimbursements will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. We have also negotiated a special $99 plus taxes student rate with the hotel. Please contact Coleen Oliver to verify your student status and receive special booking link to reserve your room at the discounted $99 rate.

UAH students: Please use special UAH Staff/Student registration form only when submitting your registration. All other non-UAH students, use general registration forms as indicated above.
