Registration Fee: $450.00 USD

Deadline to Register: November 15, 2008

Late Registration Fee After Deadline: $500.00 USD

Onsite Registration Fee: $550.00 USD

The conference registration fee pays for the participant only. Includes, program materials, welcome reception and gift, breakfast daily, daily break service, and a mid-week dinner buffet.

Additional meals may be purchased separately for guests of the participant. Please see registration form for pricing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
After November 15, 2008, absolutely no registration refunds are granted. Requests made in writing and postmarked by November 15, receive a 75% refund. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. ICNS mails refunds one month after the meeting.
