RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

All guests can make reservations directly with the hotel at 808-742-1661 or through Starwood’s Central Reservation Office, at 1-800-325-3589 on an individual basis, identifying themselves as members of the Voyager's group. The hotel’s online group reservation website is available now. Book here.

Individual attendees may make reservations on the internet or by calling (800) 782-9488. A deposit equal to two night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. This is refundable if notice is received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number us obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Guests arriving prior to check-in shall be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel shall accommodate late check-outs subject to space availability only.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:

In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one (1) night room plus applicable taxes will be charged to individual’s account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The Hotel will inform you of this fee upon check-in.
