Hotel has honored the federal government rate for all conference participants at $119 for single or double occupancy, plus taxes and fees. A daily breakfast buffet is included in the rate. Please use weblink in the right side panel or above for group's exclusive hotel booking site. Group rate is available 3 days prior and post conference. Rates: $12 One Way $20 Roundtrip
The Gray Line Airport Express services the downtown and west end hotels of Nashville from the Nashville International Airport.  Service begins at 5:00 am and runs until 11:00 pm. We depart every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30 minutes from most hotels.  Reservations are not required for the service from the Airport.  From baggage claim, take escalators down to the Ground Transportation level.  The Gray Line counter is to the left of the exit door.
