Registration Fee begins May 1, 2012: $450.00 USD

Late/Onsite Registration Fee begins June 11: $475.00 USD

The conference registration fee pays for the participant only. Includes the published proceedings book, program materials, welcome reception, welcome gift, daily break service, box lunch (M-Th only), and a mid-week group dinner.

Additional meals may be purchased separately for other family members. Please see registration form for pricing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
After May 1, 2012, absolutely no registration refunds are granted. Requests made in writing and postmarked by May 1, receive a 75% refund. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. ICNS mails refunds one month after the meeting.
