Registration Fee: $475.00 USD

Deadline to Register: April 1, 2008

Late Registration Fee After Deadline: $525.00 USD

Onsite Registration Fee: $575.00 USD

The conference registration fee pays for the participant only. Includes the published proceedings book, program materials, welcome reception dinner and gift, breakfast daily (June 8-13), daily break service, and a mid-week dinner buffet.

Additional meals may be purchased separately for other family members. Please see registration form for pricing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
After April 1, 2008, absolutely no registration refunds are granted. Requests made in writing and postmarked by April 1, receive a 75% refund. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. ICNS mails refunds one month after the meeting.
