The reduced rates for ASTRONUM 2008 is $163.00 USD, plus taxes for single or double occupancy. The conference rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the conference dates and is subject to availability.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

All guests can make reservations directly with the hotel at 340-714-6028 or through Starwood’s Central Reservation Office, at 1-800-325-3589 on an individual basis, identifying themselves as members of the Group. Individual attendees will be responsible for making their own reservations. All reservations and a two (2) night deposit for each room reserved must be received by the Hotel no later than April 20, 2008. Reservations received after that date will be accepted on a space available basis only. Rooms not reserved on that date will automatically revert back to general inventory for sale by the Hotel at its prevailing rates.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:

In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one (1) night room plus applicable taxes will be charged to individual’s account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The Hotel will inform you of this fee upon check-in.
