Dear Participants,

 

Let me first thank you again on behalf of the organization committee --- we had a wonderful conference because of you and I hope you have enjoyed the meeting as I did.

 

The clock is ticking, however, and the deadline for our conference proceedings is approaching.

 

Please, if I could ask you to start putting up your contribution for our 7th IGPP/SSL astrophysics conference proceedings and send it to me via email before April 30th.

 

These contributions will undergo peer-review process and be published in the AIP conference proceedings series.

 

The acceptable formats are either Latex or Word. However, for the first round, you can send me a pdf file for review.

We would also need you to sign the form of "Transfer of Copyright Agreement" which can be found at the bottom at that page. The other two forms, "Request for Permission to Reprint Published Material" and "Offprint/Reprint Order" are only necessary on a case-by-case basis.

 

The proceedings will be free of charge unless you want to include color figures in the hard copy of the proceedings.  Color figures in the online versions are however, free of charge.

 

The page limits are 10 pages for 40-minutes review talks and 6 pages for 25-minutes invited talks and poster contributions.

 

Again, the deadline for sending in your contribution is April 30th, 2008.

Should you decide not to send in a paper, I would appreciate it if you could let me know as soon as possible.
