Registration Fee: $480.00 USD

Deadline to Register: February 1, 2008

Late Registration Fee After Deadline of February 1: $525.00 USD

 

Onsite Registration Fee: $575.00 USD

The conference registration fee pays for the participant only. Includes the published proceedings book, program materials, welcome reception dinner and gift, full American breakfast daily (March 8-13), daily break service, and a mid-week dinner buffet.

 

Additional meals may be purchased separately for other family members. Please see registration form for pricing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

After February 1, 2008, absolutely no registration refunds are granted. Requests made in writing and postmarked by February 1, receive a 75% refund. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. ICNS mails refunds one month after the meeting and is not financially responsible for attendees’ travel expense in the unlikely event the meeting is cancelled.
