The meeting will take place at the Marriott in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The hotel is approximately 20 minutes by car/taxi from Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR).

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Checkout time is 11:00 pm. Guests arriving prior to check-in shall be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel shall accommodate late checkouts subject to space availability only.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:
In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one (1) night room plus applicable taxes will be charged to individual’s account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The Hotel will inform you of this fee upon check-in.
