Late registration fee is $450 beginning February 2, 2012.

The conference registration fee pays for the participant only and includes program materials, conference proceedings publication, evening welcome reception, welcome gift, daily lunch (M-Th only), daily break service, and a mid-week group dinner. Additional meals may be purchased separately for guests of the participant. Please see registration form for pricing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: After February 1, 2012, absolutely no registration refunds are granted. Requests made in email or by writing and postmarked by February 1, 2012, will receive a 75% refund. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Refunds will be made one month after the meeting.
