Run of House: $135.00 USD single or double occupancy, includes one breakfast daily for participant. Participants may purchase additional breakfast vouchers at time of check-in at a group discount of $17 per breakfast voucher.

All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 10.07% and a business development assessment fee currently at 2.0% per night.

Resort Charge of $27 per night has been WAIVED for the group only during the conference dates of March 18-23. You should review your room invoice at check out. The daily resort charge offers the following inclusions: in room wifi, self-parking, fitness center access, day use of Spa facilities: steam room, whirlpool, relaxation room, renewal refresh & shower, shuttle service within the resort and to the Gary Player Golf Course, local phone calls (within the city of Rancho Mirage), and access charge for credit card and 800 number calls (up to 60 minutes).

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.  Checkout time is 12:00 pm.  Guests arriving prior to check-in shall be accommodated as rooms become available.  The Hotel shall accommodate late checkouts subject to space availability only.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:
In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one (1) night room plus applicable taxes will be charged to individual’s account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The Hotel will inform you of this fee upon check-in.
